Individual Assessment and Development
- Leadership Development for individuals or teams is often strengthened significantly through the use of 360 degree surveys
- We are able to provide a comprehensive range of 360 degree assessment services, combined with feedback coaching and ongoing coaching
- We also provide comprehensive leadership data analysis to help with broader leadership development needs
Leadership Team Assessment and Development
- Team building programs are more effective when combined with objective assessment of team capabilities and styles
- We are able to provide on-line individual and team assessments together with the analysis to help you have a clear understanding of the diversity within your team and how you can maximise this diversity
- We are also able to provide face-to-face assessments via interviews and focus groups
Organisational Culture Assessment and Development
- We are able to use off the shelf culture and surveys or design surveys specifically for your requirements
- We help you with the selection of the most appropriate survey tool and the analysis if the information to enable you to develop a clear intervention strategy and action plan to drive positive change across your organisation
- We conduct focus groups to gain more insight into your culture and levels of engagement across the organisation
Assessment for Recruitment and Selection
We provide comprehensive assessment services to help you make more effective recruitment and selection decisions. Good selection decisions involve finding a close match between the role requirements and the person. Therefore, our services are based around both these areas:
Role Requirements
- Job profiling
- This involves analysing the role requirements in detail including individual, team, organisational and cultural needs
- The analysis may be done via 1:1 interviews, focus groups and/or data analysis
- The output may include the creation of new Position Descriptions
- Competency modelling
- A job consists of “what” someone has to do and “how” they have to do it – competency modelling is the “how”
- We are able to work with you to develop clear and effective competency models across your business
Candidate Assessments
- Psychometric assessment
- We provide comprehensive on-line psychometric assessment services across a broad range of roles from middle management through to executive leadership levels
- Our on-line capability means that we can quickly and easily assess your candidates anywhere in the world
- Behavioural Event Interviews
- For a more comprehensive assessment we may conduct a behavioural event interview or we may help you to conduct more effective interviews
- Work simulations
- To increase the chances of “getting it right” it may be useful to add work simulations to the selection process
- We are able to design and implement work simulations to suit the role requirements
- Assessment Centres
- A combination of psychometric assessments, behavioural event interviews and work simulations increases the likelihood of making the right selection decisions, which may be worth considering for particularly critical roles
