Our People
Hayden is a psychologist with a Graduate Diploma in Health Psychology from LaTrobe University and a Master of Applied Psychology (Organisational and Sport) from Monash University. He started his psychology career working with people in the areas of sport psychology, drug and alcohol counselling, mental illness and general counselling, building a strong foundation in key psychology principles and practices.
Hayden worked as a consulting organisational psychologist for the world’s largest firm of organisational psychologists – Personnel Decisions International (PDI). Hayden worked closely with HR Directors and Managers typically for large national and multinational companies such as NAB, ANZ, Ford, BP, Shell, Crown Casino, Heinz and Fosters, providing consulting advice in a broad range of organisational psychology areas, particularly focussing on assessment and development of key talent.
Hayden then moved from a consulting role to an internal role running the HR function at State Trustees with full responsibility for all generalist HR activity. This led to an operational role as General Manager Estate Planning with full Profit and Loss accountability. Hayden’s most recent role has been as Group Manager Organisational Development at Spotless where he worked closely with the executive team and senior leaders to help improve team and leadership performance.

Jason is a director of PeopleScape. He has worked broadly as a human resource consultant for over 10 years with many of Australia's top ASX 200 and largest privately listed companies. This has included advising in areas of organisational change, career development and planning, coaching and mentoring, and career transition and outplacement.
Jason initially started his career as a police officer with the Victoria Police Force. He performed both operational and non-operational roles that included training and development, event management, and diploma instructional design. He then moved to the corporate landscape where he took on consulting and later senior management and executive roles with international companies Morgan & Banks, Hudson, and Lee Hecht Harrison.
His most recent experience was as a founding director of Directioneering International. He has also enjoyed other entrepreneurial pursuits with experience in both executing startup businesses through to providing business, investment and board support for those wishing to grow.
Jason holds a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration and an MBA specialising in leadership and change management.

Jo is a psychologist with a Master of Organisational Psychology from Monash University.
Jo began her psychology career 10 years ago with Barrett Consulting, working closely with clients to develop competency frameworks and provide psychometric assessments.
She then managed the psychometric services for one of Australia’s leading recruitment services dfp Network. In this role Jo partnered with clients such as IAG, CGU, Qantas, Coca Cola, HBA and Foxtel to develop best practice solutions regarding the use of psychometric assessment in relation to selection, team development and leadership identification.
Most recently Jo moved from a consulting role to an internal HR role as Group Manager Organisational Development for SKILLED Group, Australia and New Zealand’s leading provider of staffing services. In this role Jo worked very closely with the General Manager HR and the Executive Leadership team to develop and implement SKILLED’s OD Strategy. This included the development of a competency framework, staff satisfaction survey, revision and development of the staff recruitment and selection process, performance management system and leadership development centres.
Jo is also the co-author of “Applicant Attraction: The role of Recruiter Function, Work Life Balance Policies and Career Salience” a paper published in the International Journal of Selection and Assessment” Vol 15 (4) 2007.

Kathryn is a psychologist with a Doctorate in Organisational Psychology from Monash University. Kathryn is PeopleScape’s resident employee wellbeing and occupational health expert and, like the rest of the PeopleScape team, has a passion for making a difference.
Over the last six years Kathryn has looked extensively at how best to define, assess, and develop positive mental health at work. She is particularly experienced in the design and evaluation of interventions, with a focus on employee wellbeing, engagement, stress, resilience, psychological flexibility, mindfulness, and behaviour change.
Kathryn started her career at Monash University, working as a researcher and lecturer. Her research on employee wellbeing, occupational health, and positive psychology has been published in peer reviewed journals and edited books, including the Journal of Managerial Psychology, Social Indicators Research, Contemporary Perspectives on Leadership, and most recently,Work and Quality of Life: Ethical Practices in Organizations.
She has presented her work at various international conferences including the European Academy of Occupational Health Psychology conference and the World Congress on Positive Psychology. In 2010, Kathryn was awarded the Andre Bussing Memorial Award, by the European Academy of Occupational Health Psychology for outstanding early career achievement.
Whilst an active researcher, Kathryn’s core agenda is to help organisations put wellbeing research into innovative and meaningful practice. For the last year, she has worked closely with the Victorian OHS regulator to design strategies for cultivating a happy and engaged workforce. This has included assessment and development activities at the organisational, team, and employee level and strategic internal consulting. She has also worked with several other government agencies including Medicare Australia, DEECD, Catholic Education Office and DHS on a variety of assessment and development projects, including leadership development, coaching, organisational analysis and change, and action research.Our Core Purpose

Partnerships
Although PeopleScape is a small business, we have strong partnerships with a large number of providers of services, which complement our services. This enables us to create a variety of solutions to meet your needs.
Locations
PeopleScape primarily operates from Melbourne, however all assessment tools we use are available on-line and so assessments of people’s capabilities can be conducted anywhere. Feedback and coaching can also be conducted remotely via telephone or technology such as Skype.
